"I've recently switched to this practice and have been seeing Dr. Maury Buchalter. He is knowledgeable, calm and has an amazing bedside manner. He answers all questions in detail and doesn't make the appointments feel rushed. The office itself is clean and very well run. Each visit I have been checked in, seen and checked out in about 30 minutes. I should've switched to this practice sooner !"

"We love Tenafly pediatrics! Always helpful and truly seem to care for my daughters her health! She has asthma and the amount of time we call them during a flare up and how they help us is wonderful! You might not always get ‘your’ doctor but everyone working there in Teaneck or Clifton is wonderful and caring! Big shout out to Dr. Anderson and Dr. Jawetz who both are caring and so knowledgeable! Even the nurses help answer all crazy mama questions! Ps. The lady at check out is amazing and my daughter’s all time favorite! Doesn’t hurt that she spoils the little ones rotten with stickers and toys! 😁"

"Another emergency call to see the doctor for her breathing and I just couldn’t be happier with how quickly she was able to be seen! Even though it wasn’t our primary doctor we truly enjoyed meeting Dr. Greenbaum. She was lovely, caring, kind and knowledgeable when I asked some tough questions! Bonus was and is as always seeing Mrs. Portia in the front… she is just such a blessing and joy to see when we are there! Thank you Mrs. Portia for entertaining her while I chatted with the doctor privately! Thank you for the love and kind words for my my daughter who really loves seeing you!! Can’t recommend this office highly enough!!!"

"On behalf of my sister! I left my appointment with Dr. Raquel Bronfeld feeling completely disrespected, dismissed, and honestly offended. From the moment the interaction began, there was a lack of basic professionalism. She didn’t even introduce herself, didn’t take the time to learn anything about me as a parent, and showed zero interest in understanding my child—their progress, their milestones, or the improvements they have made. Instead, I was met with judgment and discouraging remarks. Dr. Bronfeld told me that it’s already hard to homeschool a child with autism, and that my decision to do so was essentially an understatement—implying it wasn’t realistic. She went on to say that my child “should’ve been in school,” and that even if I work from home, I wouldn’t be able to provide what my child needs to develop. These statements were not only dismissive, but incredibly hurtful and inappropriate. There was no attempt to have a meaningful conversation—no effort to ask questions, no support, no guidance. The interaction was brief, cold, and lacking any compassion. She didn’t smile once, didn’t engage, and made no effort to build any kind of rapport. Yet despite how short it was, it left a lasting impact. I walked away feeling judged, belittled, and like I was being told I’m failing as a parent. Based on this experience, I truly believe this conduct should be reported to the medical board. Patients and families deserve to be treated with respect, not dismissed or made to feel inadequate. Unfortunately, after this visit, I came across other reviews going back several years that described very similar experiences. I only wish I had seen those beforehand."
